WORKING INSTRUCTION FOR WATER-STILL [MANESTY TYPE] :

First as per shown in the attached photograph, connect tube to the main source of water and allow the water to fill up the top vessel. As soon as water fills in the above vessel fully on the heaters, excess water will come out from the level pipe from constant level attachment which is given [as shown in the photograph]. After this start heating, fix and lid on the water –still properly and wait. Steam will be condensed in the condenser pipe and convert into tudor replica pure distille water. Adjust the flow of in-let water accordingly so that cold distilled water will come out from outlet nipple at bottom.

 

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION:

• Do not start heaters without adding water in the vessel above the level of the heater.
• After finishing your work, clean the heater properly which gives long life to the heaters.
• Check your earthing properly.
